Grand Theft Awesome

Hate to add to the epic record of great reviews for the Rockstar epic Grand Theft Auto IV; but as a long long time fan (since GTA1), I’ve always anticipated each GTA release with a sense of nostalgia and anticipation. I don’t see myself as a particular violent or abrasive individual, but the GTA series always finds a way for myself to indulge in the most sinister of past times. More than that, GTA, especially the original GTA III, truly presented a visual narrative which compared to the biggest of budget motion pictures. Sure, the reality of this premise is a long way off yet, but unlike any other interactive title, Grand Theft Auto had remained the pinnacle. No worse could be mentioned of the latest installment of the GTA franchise, that is, Grand Theft Auto IV. With its brilliant soundtrack, breath-taking visuals and truly epic attention to detail - I am in AWE.

From rustling leaves behind a garbage bin to the pulsating digital interference of a mobile phone on an analogue speaker system, the guys at Rockstar have spared no expense in recreating the mundane. I’m sure you’re then in one way or another asking “what this means to you?”. I could sit here and link countless reviews and reasons for you understand what I’m talking about, but instead, I end it here with the pure gamer bond, that you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED by your purchase of this game. Check it out Comrade!

Yes I remember just very first GTA as well. It was not just a game – it was a symbol, icon, leader and a beacon for online rebels like me. I feel real freedom playing it. Now GTA IV - to me it is the best game I`ve ever play. The most incredible thing here except freedom, its a feeling that this world is indeed alive, not by itself, but together with me. It responds to me. Graphics is great, physics is almost perfect. And, I can just live in this wonderful city, to gather secrets from it, the chasing police, to perform various tasks, relax in cabarets, watch TV and so on and on. Virtual reality is already very close. Yes, I`m crazy : )
